V0.3 - Graphics

Version 0.3 added most the graphics to the game. Now it looks somewhat good while still being mute.
It's basically in a state where I would consider it finished for the Low Effort Jam, but I do want to add sounds and music to it.

A simple game about avoiding to get wet in the rain. Made for Low Effort Jam 8.
